By accessing or using the Tradecation platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Platform.
Tradecation provides free educational content related to forex and financial markets, including structured courses, trading tools, and access to a VIP community. The Platform is maintained through a commercial relationship with a partner broker. All content on the Platform is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems • Reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from the Platform without prior written consent • Use the Platform to spread misinformation or harm other users • Circumvent any technical measures used to protect the Platform
All content on the Platform — including course materials, tools, graphics, and text — is the property of Tradecation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
Access to the Platform is free and is sustained through a commercial arrangement with a regulated partner broker. When you open a trading account through our partner broker, we may receive compensation. This arrangement does not affect the objectivity of our educational content.
Your access to the Platform is provided free of charge and is intended to be lifetime access, subject to the following condition: Continued full access to the Platform requires that you maintain an active trading account with the partner broker connected to your Tradecation account. "Active" means the account has been opened and is in good standing with the broker. If you close your broker account, have it suspended, or it becomes inactive and is not replaced with a new connected broker account, we reserve the right to restrict or suspend your access to the Platform. This condition exists because the Platform is funded through our commercial relationship with the partner broker. Where a user is no longer trading through any connected broker, we may no longer be able to sustain free access for that account. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice before restricting access due to inactivity.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any educational content for your specific circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tradecation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any trading losses incurred as a result of educational content accessed through the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
